Zero Data Collected Launchcraft does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

Overview

Launchcraft ("the app", "we", "us") is a rocket launch tracking app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, developed by Dustin Lange. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.

The short version: we collect nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking.

Data We Do Not Collect

Launchcraft does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, device ID)
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics or in-app behavior
  • Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Financial information

Network Requests

Launchcraft fetches public rocket launch data from third-party APIs (such as The Space Devs' Launch Library 2) to display upcoming launches. These requests do not include any personal information and are no different from a web browser loading a public webpage.

No data about you is sent as part of these requests.

Apple Frameworks

Launchcraft uses standard Apple system frameworks (WidgetKit, App Intents, EventKit for calendar integration). Any data processed by these frameworks stays on your device and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

If you choose to add a launch to your calendar, that action happens locally on your device. Launchcraft does not see or retain that information.

Third-Party Services

Launchcraft does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no ads in the app.

Children's Privacy

Launchcraft does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. We will not begin collecting data without updating this policy first.
